**These flights are based on fair weather and does not include after-hours, FAA complications, or other variables. No individual person can be over 290lbs. Max weight per flight 560lbs.

Additional crew is needed for large groups (reflected in above prices).
* 8 hours of Stand-by duty time has a 3 hour minimum charge on the helicopter
*10 hours maximum of pilot duty time per day (flight and stand-by)

Cancellation Policy:

All flights are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Any cancellation is charged a 10% booking fee at the time of refund.
Cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled departure time are charged at 25%.
Cancellations within 24 hours or No-shows or late arrivals are charged 100% of the quoted price.
All wine flights incur a non-refundable charge of $500 in addition to the 10% refund fee.
All flight services are subject to Pilot Authority and can be updated, changed or cancelled for safety, weather, ATC, FAA, TSA or "acts of god" as deemed appropriate by the Pilot or operations management. Specialized Helicopters has the final authority on all changes to the flight. Additional charges or discounts may be applied to the final quote as required and at the discretion of Specialized Helicopters.
**All cancellations or changes require you to talk to a live person, the use of email is not satisfactory. If you must use email, be sure to allow at least 1 day for us to respond.
All flight leave and land at the Hayward Meridian Airport. Other locations available upon request with additional charges.
